LanJam is a multi-line manufacturer's representative specializing in product sales and specification  to both the communications and electrical market place.  We  are a sales organization committed to providing  our customers outstanding  service and integrity. LanJam  promotes our product lines at the distribution, contractor, consultant, and end user levels.  We are  dedicated to planned, structured growth for our principals in our represented territory. We support the traditional channel of supplying  product through authorized distribution.

 

Background:

LanJam was founded in response to a lack of viable quality rep. firms in N. CA.  It is our goal to establish this firm as the premiere agency in our represented territory.

To achieve this kind of relationship, we believe our customers will:

  • Like us, if we demonstrate sincere concern and interest in the well being of the individual, independent of the immediate sales opportunity, over the long haul
  • Trust us, if we deal with integrity, and do what we say we will do in a prompt and professional manner
  • Share their needs with us, as we demonstrate good listening skills, coupled with poignant solutions to those needs
  • Get through to us via the diligent use of technology (i.e. Cell Phones, Faxes, E-mail, Website, etc.)
  • Get the technical support they need through our knowledge of the industry, RCDD status, and wealth of manufacturer resources and industry contacts.

 

Though it is our belief that a sales organization can be successful with the aforementioned alone, even greater
success is realized as proactive steps are taken to maximize synergy between  the various contractor, distributor, consultant and  end-user relationships.  This is accomplished through lead/job referrals, introductory meetings,
teaming on projects, joint outings, technical training, etc.

Finally, it is our experience that we face minimal competitive pressure when our products are specified for projects.
To maximize success in project specification, we will work all points of  influence from the End User and assigned Consulting Firm to the influential contractor(s) and distributor(s).
